Rape is defined as to force someone to have sex when they are unwilling, using violence or threatening behavior. But an artist has its own perception that rape is “art” which becomes non-acceptable to the netizens.
A Taiwanese photographer named Chad Tinio introduced himself and released a photo series called “GAHASA: Rape is Art “based on his screenshot post, one of his models was a 14-year-old girl.
Because of his post, Tinio’ sTwitter account is now suspended. However, his Instagram and Facebook accounts are still up. For spreading photos exploiting women and girls as “art, concerned users accused him and appealed others to report him to the local authorities not just simply removing his content from social media.
Concerned users accused him of exploiting women and girls in photos passed as “art.” They appealed to others to report him to local authorities rather than just removing his content from social media.
Need help! To which local authorities should this individual be reported? He's tweeted about shooting erotic photos of a minor and posting it on a porn site. This is NOT okay.
(I'm also reporting him to Pornhub, who are *excellent* at getting rid of abusive content/users.) pic.twitter.com/PiP5tPnAJ9

A netizen posted as he recalls the same Chad Tinio back in 2017, who also uploaded the same similar photo series promoting the idea that rape is an art. And the worst, she usually use young girls to be his erotic model.
Remeber that Chad Tinio is the same trash back in 2017 who uploaded on Facebook a similar photo series to promote the idea that rape is art. He's out again–probably has always been–using a 14 year old girl (not in photo) as his erotica model. Make sure he faces the law this time. pic.twitter.com/z3VdO1cAco

Currently, his post couldn’t be found on his personal Facebook and Instagram accounts, but another has said that the photos are used as his displays pictures apparently belong to another Facebook user Luke Jickain.
Please RT Luke’s tweet regarding Chad Tinio using his photos for his social media accounts. Thank you! pic.twitter.com/F7OTpi3gqi

Large social media platforms such a Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are following their own respective guidelines but they have one common rule that post containining nudity, sexual exploitation of children and adults, bullying and harassment will be removed or mark as a sensitive post.
Recently, Twitter suspended the account of Chad Tinio, after receiving reports from other users for allegedly using minors on his raunchy photoshoot, and stealing the identity of another user.
Though pornography was not necessarily banned on Twitter, the content should also be with the consent of the people who appeared on them.
“You may not post or share intimate photos or videos of someone that were produced or distributed without their consent. Media depicting sexual violence and/or assault is also not permitted,” Twitter’s guidelines said.
Among such guidelines are the bans on some forms of adult or graphic content, especially those involving children. However, such posts are not allowed in live video or on profile and head images.
With the case of the sketch artist, he is using a vile photo as his profile and header image which the Twitter have the right to suspend his account.
But now, though Tinio’s Facebook is no longer active, but is still existing and it seemed that he had just set up an Instagram account this March.
Kapuso star Sunshine Dizon finally broke her silence and addressed on Instagram the issue with her former house helper who complained against her and husband Timothy Tan on “Raffy Tulfo in Action” due to an alleged unfair treatment.
Anabel Agullo accused her former employers of not paying for her Social Security System (SSS) contributions and PhilHealth insurance.
She appeared on the said radio program last Monday where she aired her grievances against Tan whom she accused of (1) withholding her things after not being able to report to work due to flu, (2) sign a document to settle their dispute about the man paying for her government contributions when she was the one who had processed them, and (3) failure to bring her to the hospital when she got urinary tract infection and had to borrow P1,000 from another maid so she could go to the doctor and buy medicine.
Tulfo was able to contact Tan to share his side but Dizon could not be reached via phone call. Recently, however, netizens called the actress out on her Instagram post to treat their housemaid with respect and pay for her benefits and this time Dizon responded.
“Please lang po mag bayad kayo mga benefits ng mga katulong para wala issue,” wrote a certain Maryjoy (@joiban).
While another netizen said, “Treat your housemaid with respect. Saw her interview in Tuflo in Action.”
Dizon replied to the Instagram user, disclosing that everything is already being settled. She also admitted their fault since they thought their conversation with Agullo was clear: their agreement was they would pay her back her SSS contributions quarterly.
She explained, “Ang pag kakamali namin ay umasa kami na maayos ang usapan namin na quarterly babayaran namin sa kanya yung sa SSS na dapat kami na gumawa. We wanted her to file as an individual para nga sana malaki makuha niya benefits. Their is always two sides in the story but i rather not explain anymore because hahaba lang ang storya at mahinirapan na din sya maka kuha ng trabaho pag nag salita ako at lahat ng naka kasama nya dito.”
“Besides people will believe what ever they want to believe. Kayo nga di nyo alam ang buong storya naka pag come up na kayo ng opinion nyo. And useless to argue with people who are manipulative and vindictive they will always find a way to twist your words to get what they want,” she added.
Catcalls don’t just happen in real life, but online as well.
People think that they have the right to say what they think toward others just because the account is set on public.
A female Netizen met a guy online via a dating app, Tinder.
However, her tweet went viral as she shared an inappropriate encounter she had with a stranger on Instagram.
She has attached screenshots of their conversation and captioned them off with, “In this week’s episode of ‘men are trash’ lol”

It started off with the man supposedly complementing her by saying she looked beautiful on Tinder. And when she answered his message, he proceeded to ask her if she wants to be friends with him, which she politely declined by sending in, “Haha no sorry but thank you :).”
He was persistent and kept on convincing her to go out with him to the movies, grab drinks at “starbs”, and even offered to meet her at her workplace. Requests that she, again, declined politely.
That is when the stranger started calling her names and even called her “malandi” (flirt), which is just one of many insults he threw at her just because she didn’t want to go out with a person she doesn’t know.
At the end of the conversation, he took back what he said in his first message by telling her that she’s not really pretty and he just wasted his time.
As the post got thousands of retweets, men who felt victimized by the “generalization” replied said it’s only “some” of them that are like the one in the screenshots. A guy said that he felt hurt because posts like those are always “in general.”
And they went on and tried to correct the initial tweet.

A certain Julia questioned the Netizen about her presence on Tinder if she’s already in a relationship with someone.
If you are really in a relationship with someone, why are you on Tinder?
— Julia (@marquezjuliav) December 3, 2018
A Netizen also blamed her and said that he won’t talk to her if she hasn’t been on Tinder in tzhe first place.
Vlair Kirishima dropped the bombs on the reality of this type of man that pretends to be okay with rejection but continues on insulting the woman in the end.
Yung guy na ganyan na nga mag chat. pagka di mo pinansin chill sya kunwari sabay bitaw ng misogynist remarks at kung ano ano pang lait. ugh! nakaka cringe ganyang guys . so full of himself.
— Vlair Kirishima ✨ (@strawblaireryyy) December 3, 2018
A Twitter user described the guy as an “incel“, which is an online group of people who are unable to find romantic or sexual partners despite desiring to have one. It is largely populated by men who “appear to hate women and in some cases advocate rape.”
Incel ata yang nag chat sayo, ate hahahaha

The fans of young TV star Maymay Entrata were delighted after socialite, personality, and businesswoman Paris Hilton liked a video of the runway on Instagram.
The video showed Furne One‘s Arab Fashion Week 2018 collection.
Hilton also complimented the collection by commenting “gorgeous dresses” at the same video post.
The Pinoy Big Brother Lucky 7 winner expressed that she has always wanted to be a model. When asked about her preparations for the fashion week, she honestly answered that she focused on her walk more as that’s the thing she needed to improve on.
“Sobrang nag reherse po talaga ako. Tsaka nag practice ako. Lalo na yung pag-lakad ko talaga. Dun talaga ako nag focus.”
Maymay is also thankful for the opportunity.
“Sobrang honored ako. Sobrang thankful ako. Very blessed ako na nandito ako.
“Sino ba naman po ang aayaw jan sa modelling lalo na talagang dream ko na siya dati pa. Sobrang nakakaiyak kanina. Hindi ako makapaniwala na nagawa ko yun. Yung show na yun.”
Hollywood stars such as Katy Perry, Beyonce, Shakira, and Jennifer Lopez have worn the Filipino designer’s creations.
It’s no secret to everyone that making a social media account is as easy as one, two, three. So trolls and people with multiple accounts are evident in the popular online platforms.
A netizen shared an observation she made with some of her most recent followers on Instagram.
Recently, I noticed some similarities among my new followers on Instagram. I have a public profile (for contest purposes lol).
Election season is in the air and just in case you need a reminder of who NOT to support. Lemme share what I found.
Nakakagalit na biglang dumadami yung mga accounts na ganito. BE INFORMED Wag na tayo mag bulag-bulagan!
NO TO MARCOS!!!
She attached screenshots of examples that have the similar Marcos photos uploaded in their feeds.
The Marcos photos also have seemingly similar captions, which are all praises to both Bongbong Marcos and Imee Marcos.
Not only do they have similar photos and captions, but they are also posted on the exact same day.
They also seem to praise the projects of the late President Ferdinand Marcos.
Uy then encouraged everyone to report such accounts as spam and people should be vigilant to report the trolls.
The post has reached more than 900 shares as of writing.
The current generation is highly dependent on the Internet. You can pretty much do almost anything as long as you have online connection.
This is also why the top two Networks in the country are not only neck-to-neck when it comes to television, but to their social media networks as well.
So who’s winning this digital race?
In the video sharing platform, ABS-CBN continues to lead in both their general and news channels.
The Kapamilya channel has five million more subscribers than Kapuso’s. They also have a lead of almost 10 million total accumulated views than their rival.
News channels have less subscribers and views, however, the Kapamilya network maintains its lead in both subscribers and views.
The Twitter warfare is closer to each other compared to YouTube.
GMA took the lead as their account @gmanetwork has more than one million followers, while @ABSCBN only has 860, 590.
Both networks’ news accounts have around five million followers but ABS-CBN News leads by almost 500,000 followers.
Facebook is the most used social media platform in the country, and like the other sites, the Kapamilya Network still pulls ahead of GMA Network.
ABS-CBN already has 17,538,291 likes while GMA Networks has 16,858,053. On the other hand, ABS-CBN News has 15,338,717 likes, and GMA News has 12,384,644 .
The statistics did a complete turn around when it came to Instagram as GMA took the lead with 980,454 followers, when ABS-CBN has 727,419.
In news accounts, however, ABS-CBN still takes the lead with 950, 688 and the Kapuso network with 842,899.
Instagram stories just updated a new feature and the platform’s users are all up for it.
The new feature includes a special sticker that you can stick to your Instagram story and lets people ask you stuff. One celebrity that immediately tried the update was young actor Kristoffer Martin.
However, things didn’t go exactly as planned as he received a number of suggestive and rude questions, which he exposed in his account.
The Kapuso actor received decent questions about his favorite coffee and his role in the upcoming series Victor Magtanggol. But it didn’t continue that way as people started asking him if he already had experience with a gay man, asking him how big his whatever is, and other sleazy questions.
Other netizens continued to ask him regarding his price, his virginity, and his preference between sex and chocolate.
He ended his Instagram Q&A with a frustrated message of “Yoko na daming bastos”.
He took his annoyance to Twitter and tweeted “Sila yung pinakasensitive na group pero ang dadami ring ang babastos. Ano nakukuha natin sa mga tanong na, “malaki ba?” “Magkano ka isang gabi?” “Top or bottom?” “Daks ka ba?” . Yayaman po ba Pilipinas dito mga ser?”
A netizen replied to his tweet saying that no one deserves to be talked to like that.
Sad that you have to experience that. No person, straight or from the lgbtqia deserves to be talked to like that. People, let us be mindful of our actions, respect begets respect.
While others were apologizing for the incident, others reminded him to not generalize the LGBTQ+ community.
Nakaka disturb po yung salitang grupo kasi nageneralize at hindi naman pinaka sensitive na grupo ang LGBTQ+ ni wala ngang napabalitang nakulong dahil sa pag labag sa karapatan ng “GRUPO” na ito..
I love you tuntun pero sensitive is a strong word. You cannot stereotype a group by condemning the actions of a few people. Sensitivity doesn’t equate striving for equality. To be fair, may right ka talaga maoffend with those kinds of questions.
Beyoncé, Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, Queen Bee, Mrs. Carter, the Mother Goddess. Whatever name she has, whatever nickname we gave her, she has taken over the world. There is not a day that her face isn’t on your Instagram explore page or on your Twitter or Facebook feed. There is also not a day where someone out there does not mention her name.
@beyonce.slayyss is one of those Instagram accounts that will give you a daily dose of Beyon(slay) material. And this Halloween, they are sharing and posting photos of people dressed as Beyoncé.
Like this little girls. They got the hair, the resting bitch-face, the bling, the clothes and the attitude. 100% slaying it!
When I messaged them on Instagram and asked what made them think of posting and sharing these Beyoncé-inspired costumes, they responded, “The reason I chose to post more of others dressed as her is because it just shows how much impact this woman of color really has on the world and I find that to be very dope. Even little kids chose to dress as her and her husband lol, you would think around that age they would want to be a cat or super hero.”
If you want to look up to someone, Beyoncé is the perfect person to admire. She has an impact in this world that the most powerful man in this world can’t (and shouldn’t) even touch her. She’s a force to be reckoned with and everyone wants to be like her: talented, charitable, just plain awesome and 100% Slay Queen.
Beyoncé really does have an impact in this world. She has taken it upon herself to give back to the community. She is a self-proclaimed modern-day feminist. She uses the television and social media to encourage leadership in girls.
She publicly endorsed same sex marriage. She also condemned police brutality against Black Americans. She said in a 2016 interview with Elle magazine, “I am against police brutality and injustice. Those are two separate things. If celebrating my roots and culture during Black History Month made anyone uncomfortable, those feelings were there long before a video and long before me.”
That woman grew up on HOUSTON, TEXAS BABY (share this article if you get it ) She is a triple-threat in the entertainment industry: she sings, she dances and she can definitely act, too. She is a mother of three wonderful children, Blue Ivy, Rumi & Sir and a wife to an awesome rapper, Shawn “Jay Z” Carter.
Pregnant with a baby or with a food baby, we should all do this. Be comfortable in our own skin and live our best Halloween ever being Beyoncé.
Who would have thought that we will see a picture of Beyoncé, Selena and the King himself, Michael Jackson.
KEEP SLAYING, QUEEN BEE! (so we can have costumes inspired by you on every Halloween parties)
Instagram couple, Lauren Bullen (@gypsea_lust) and Jack Morris (@doyoutravel) exposed themselves on another account, @doyoutravelpresets. They revealed the reality behind their picture perfect travel photos that take a time-consuming photo editing process. They tweak the colors, highlights, shadows and lighting for each individual photo.
Jack has his own 2.7 million followers on Instagram and Lauren has 1.9 million. Their new account that reveals the presets of their edited photos has almost 24, 000 followers.
When swiped to the right, the original and unedited photo is shown which has drastic change to the ones they post on Instagram. Although it pays a lot, they revealed that a simple photo takes too much time and effort. The photo editing process starts with their own presets on Adobe Lightroom. They don’t use any other mobile applications and/or filters.
According to Morris, “”If a photo looks a little dark… I sometimes tweak the edit just on the pre-post Instagram editor.”
To brighten up the photos, Bullen and Morris tweak the color to make sure it pops. Bullen tends to increase the warm value of her photo, “I like the yellows to be popped out a bit because it helps with the sand, my hair, and the yellow of the palms.”
Morris, however, tends to put green and orange tint on his shadows to look like it has a vintage effect. Editing a photo changes the mood of the photo: from dull to dazzling and from gloomy to bright. Editing a photo can also make a place look inviting and blissful.
A lot of people already asked how they edit their pictures. So Morris decided to share their process on YouTube.
Although with her red and puffy eyes, Nadine Lustre came back to work as a host on “It’s Showtime!”
Jugs Jugueta posted pictures and videos of the whole crew reading lines and having fun together on his Instagram story.
Before she came back to work, she spoke out on her Instagram story. She told people not to post pictures of her and her family grieving. Asking for respect and consideration from friends, relatives and supporters.
She was smiling and laughing on air with the rest of the “It’s Showtime” hosts.
