I am a fan, I like your thoughts, I love your thoughts.’ Bongga, humbling experience for me. Kasi nga itong Instagram para bang naging tulay ko on so many things. I appreciate all the things I learned, will continue learning thru this medium of communication. Yes, ang dami mong level of learning na makukuha, iyon pagbabasa ng comments, pangit o maganda can give you the outlook of life and people. Thank you for giving me this chance. Thank you new friends. Thank you. ❤️ #lolitkulit #instatalk #71naako
She also commended his research team and impressive memory as he was not holding a script or guide during the entire talk.

Sabi mo as long as my nanay is there, you are ok. So loving son, such a generous friend, a good person, as long as you are my friend Kuya Boy, I am ok. True, you are one gift from God I will always treasure, one precious gem. #instatalk #lolitkulit #71naako @dyamescantos ❤️
Lolit also said that Boy’s fashion statement also stood out.
And because of his intelligence, Lolit calls him “kuya” even if she’s older than him.
“So loving son, such a generous friend, a good person, as long as you are my friend Kuya Boy, I am ok.”
Veteran television host Boy Abunda has never walked out of an interview before, but he admitted that there were some instances that he nearly did it.
On the October 29 episode of ‘Tonight With Boy Abunda,’ he named his three most difficult interviews in the span of his career.
Boy has interviewed comedian and TV host Vhong Navarro last 2014, after he got beaten up by the camp of Cedric Lee.
“Remember when Vhong was in the hospital and he had his lawyers? It was not comfortable kasi si Vhong pasa-pasa.
“I also felt for Vhong.”
He named KC Concepcion’s controversial ‘The Buzz interview’ next, where she revealed the details of her break-up with actor Piolo Pascual.
“Dumating kami ni KC dito, halos sabay, 8 o’clock in the evening. Alas dos nangyari ‘yung interview dahil she couldn’t make up her mind whether she wanted to do the interview or not. That’s a difficult interview.”
The last interview he mentioned was his one-on-one with Claudine Barretto after Rico Yan’s death, the actress’ former on-screen partner and ex-boyfriend.
“”Another difficult interview was with Claudine Barretto. Hindi ko makakalimutan. This is a time when pumanaw ang kaibigan Rico Yan. It was a difficult interview.
Kapamilya star Joshua Garcia’s life hasn’t always been easy and glamorous.
In an interview in Tonight With Boy Abunda, the lead actor of Ngayon at Kailanman shared that he only had 10 pesos as allowance when he was in elementary.
Things did not change much when he entered his first year in high school.
He shared that his favorite snacks back then were Crispy Patata and Rinbee with orange juice on the side. He also said that he used to hang out in computer shops back then, but never played because he had no money,
The actor added that the difference between his budget back then and now is that in his current situation, he can buy almost everything that he wants.
Stumped on what to wear for Halloween?
Turn on your televisions and log on to your social media accounts and you just might get your inspiration from there.
Halloween is a great time to be creative and think out of the box. Why not go for some homegrown inspirations this year? The Dailypedia lists 10 Pinoy pop culture icons that you can use as inspiration when you go trick-or-treating. You won’t even have to stress over finding the perfect outfit since these only have one or two key pieces or elements.
1. Lola Nidora
Just put on a very thick layer of foundation to cover your eyebrows and go crazy with an eyebrow pencil and you’re good to go. Just wear a dress with a large print and get a matching colored fascinator or hat, flats, and a black Chanel bag and you’re the spitting image of Lola Nidora. Don’t forget to dance Lola Nidora-style when “Dessert” is played on the speakers and greet friends with, “Babalaaaaaa…”
To make it even more interesting, why not get a bunch of guy friends, have them wear blue polo barongs, slacks, and sunglasses so you have your own Rogelios with you.

Pinoys are recognized for being extremely talented: be it in entertainment industry, professional services, or arts. And what’s more commendable is the fact that even “ordinary” Pinoys can show-off their talents—even in the most unexpected ways.

Eugenio Romerica Abunda, Jr. aka Tito Boy Abunda has not been present on his TV programs for quite a while. People had been speculating what could have happened to the ‘The ‘King of Talk’ after he has skipped several episodes of “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” and “The Buzz”.
It was then revealed that Abunda was confined in a hospital and underwent surgery due to liver abscess.
Kris Aquino, his co-host in “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” said on Wednesday, “Magpagaling ka pa [Boy] at magpalakas ka and enjoy the great weather and the beautiful scenery wherever you are.”
Also, Gretchen Barretto posted on her Instagram account a picture of Abunda and his long time partner of 30 years with a caption, “This photo of my dear friend, Boy Abunda with his loving long time partner Bong is simply pure joy. It is an answered prayer to see Boy back to his old healthy, energetic ways. You have been greatly missed, Boy”
News anchor Julius Babao posted on his Twitter account a message from Philip Dada, Abunda’s personal assistant saying that the host is in good condition and currently recuperating. His boss lost almost 20 pounds during his 2-week hospital confinement. He said that we won’t be seeing Tito Boy anytime soon because he will be on vacation to a place “where there’s sun and fresh air, and hopefully there’s moon too.” Abunda’s also asking for everyone to continuously pray for his speedy recovery.
In an article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Abunda said his disease was caused by eating too much street food and stress. Knowing him and his commitment to work, he is always in overdrive, hence the sudden fall of his health.
Then yesterday, in the September 7, 2014 episode of ‘The Buzz’, Abunda revealed all the details pertaining to his health condition. He said that he is glad to be back. Ano ba talaga ang kuwento?”, he answered with, “Bumigay na ho talaga ako. Tapos kinakagat ko daw ang aking dila, I was gnashing my teeth, I was biting my lips, so I was bleeding.”
He also added that he has undergone several tests from Dengue,Tipus, Typhoid, HIV, Hepa, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc. That’s when the doctors found out that he has liver abscess, “Ang ginawa po nila sa akin, nag-aspirate po sila. Gumamit po sila ng pagkalaki-laki, at pagkahaba-habang karayom”. He told The Buzz that almost 300ml of abscess were taken from his liver.
His stay in the hospital was difficult for him. He said that the blood extractions left him very weak. Then continued with, “for the first time in my life, doon ko po naramdaman ‘yung …may episode ho pala, na ikaw lang at ang Diyos, and you are stripped naked of everything.” His doctor also told him that he has been running too fast, thinking of himself as invincible, an iron man. But God reminded him that he cannot do everything.
On August 23, Abunda was discharged from the hospital. He then called Louie Andrada, the unit head of his show, and asked for a vacation to restore and recover his strength.
He also laughed off rumors of him dying. “Sinasabi ko ho ito dahil, I am not dignifying these speculations, but I am acknowledging them. It’s not fair. I’m a public figure. Sa lahat sa inyo, na nagnais sirain ako, may intent man o wala, pinapatawad ko kayo. Totoo po ‘yan mula sa aking puso.”
Abunda finished his interview by thanking all those people who had his back when he was in the hospital. According to him, he might be back on ‘The Buzz’ this Sunday.
“Of course, I will continue to do my work on television. I should be back really soon. I will be back. If you want a date, malay ho natin, next Sunday, September 14, baka magbukas na ho ako ng ‘Buzz’ at magsabing: magandang hapon Pilipinas at buong mundo. Welcome to The Buzz.”
She was once accused as a home-wrecker, and recently regained notoriety as the woman who visited a convicted drug lord. On ABS-CBN late-night talk show “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” on Tuesday, Krista Miller, who recently made headlines after visiting convicted drug lord Ricardo Camata at a hospital, said that she gets hurt when people call her a ‘starlet.’
When asked about what she prefers to be called, Miller told the host Boy Abunda:
A CONDO AGENT
So remember! She’s an actress, not a starlet! Okay!?
Here’s the video from the said guesting on “Aquino & Abunda Tonight:”
