After their Fast Talk session, Boy revisited Nadine’s response regarding being called ‘losyang.’

Actress Nadine Samonte recently shared her experience of being called ‘losyang’ (a colloquial term in Filipino meaning “aging” or “looking older than one’s age”) because of a video in which she was seen doing laundry.

During a Fast Talk segment with Boy Abunda, the celebrity mom and returning showbiz personality opened up about the worst comment she has received.

In response to the question “Best compliment you received?” Nadine responded with a smile, “Maganda raw ‘yung eyes ko,”

When Boy Abunda asked about the worst comment directed at her, Nadine candidly replied, “Losyang na raw ako.”

After their Fast Talk session, Boy revisited Nadine’s response regarding being called ‘losyang.’

“Who said that you look like a ‘losyang’?” Boy inquired with surprise.

Nadine then shared, “Tito Boy kapag nagpo-post ako na walang make-up or anything. Kasi minsan naglalaba ako, bini-video-han ko na kasama ‘yung kids ko, tapos may magko-comment na, ‘Ay losyang ka na.’ ‘Yung mga ganon.”

Despite such comments, Nadine emphasized that she isn’t affected by them because she is content with her life.

She stated, “But you can’t please everyone naman so parang ako, ‘Okay, I don’t care masaya ako e,’ so okay lang sa akin.”

Meanwhile, Nadine is making her television comeback in an upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series titled ‘The Missing Husband,’ where she will be reunited with Yasmien Kurdi, her fellow contestant from the first season of StarStruck.

You can continue to watch Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on GMA Afternoon Prime through television broadcasts on GMA and various digital platforms.
