Julia Barretto and her onscreen partner Joshua Garcia appeared in an episode of Tonight with Boy Abunda, wherein Garcia was asked what his thoughts were about Barretto’s daring fashion sense and style.
There he expressed concern over her choice not to wear a bra and cycling short at times.
“Si Julia di sya nag-iingat minsan sa susuotin nya. Tapos minsan wala pa syang cycling, tas minsan di sya nag-aano [bra], nipple tape lang nilalagay nya.”
Julia then explained her side in an amusing answer, saying that the bra won’t have anything to hold on to anyways.
“Ako naman din walang kakapitan ‘yung bra.
“So mas masakit talaga kasi nagtatry naman yung bra ko eh, pero wala talaga syang makapitan.”
She also said that she only learned to wear cycling shorts from her partner and that her fashion style is one of her ways of expressing herself.
“Sa bra naman, pwede naman, mag-baby bra ka na lang,” Garcia joked.
“Tignan mo pati nga baby bra di kumakapit sa ‘kin, kaya nga tape lang nga, eh.”
Netizens expressed their amusement regarding Barretto’s answer and some of them even said that they can relate to.

In one episode of Tonight with Boy Abunda, Miles Ocampo spoke about her friendship with Kathryn Bernardo.
She admitted that she has been avoiding the topic ever since rumors have spread that they’re having issues with each other.
“Pag tinatanong ako sinasabi ko na okay kami kasi pag tinatanong si Kat sinasabi din niya na okay kami.”
At a previous guesting of Kathryn, she was also asked about Miles and she said that they’re okay, but also grew apart
Miles said that she has watched the interview and thought about what Kathryn has said.
“Mahirap kasi, Tito Boy, na magigising ka na lang na wala na lahat. Nagising ka one day na bini-blame mo na lang yung sarili mo na hindi mo naman alam kung ano, hindi mo naman alam kung paano nangyari yun.”
She added that there came a point wherein she cried over their friendship.
“Dumating ako sa point na iniiyakan ko siya, Tito Boy. Every time na naalala ko affected pa rin ako, Tito Boy. Every time na may nababasa ako, na sinasabi nila about our friendship affected pa rin ako…”
When Boy said that it is apparent that the two had a problem, Miles answered, “Yun Tito Boy, nagising na lang ako hindi ko alam kung bakit…”
But Miles clarified that she’s currently okay with Kathryn.
“Sobrang okay kami ni Kath, every time na mine-messsage ko siya, sasagot nman siya.
“We may not have the same friendship that we had nung nasa Going Bulilit kami but masasabi ko na yung pagiging special ni Kat sa akin, and yung pagmamahal ko sa kanya nandun pa rin…Ang importante na yun yung sinasabi namin sa isa’t isa and I guess yun na yun…”

Pero ngayon there’s no way for me to look the other way. Kasi I’m so occupied with Seve, I’m so occupied in building our family. And there’s so many dreams that we’re building together na ayaw kong masira.”
Gonzaga also confirmed that Paul Soriano has been faithful to her.
Veteran television host Boy Abunda has never walked out of an interview before, but he admitted that there were some instances that he nearly did it.
On the October 29 episode of ‘Tonight With Boy Abunda,’ he named his three most difficult interviews in the span of his career.
Boy has interviewed comedian and TV host Vhong Navarro last 2014, after he got beaten up by the camp of Cedric Lee.
“Remember when Vhong was in the hospital and he had his lawyers? It was not comfortable kasi si Vhong pasa-pasa.
“I also felt for Vhong.”
He named KC Concepcion’s controversial ‘The Buzz interview’ next, where she revealed the details of her break-up with actor Piolo Pascual.
“Dumating kami ni KC dito, halos sabay, 8 o’clock in the evening. Alas dos nangyari ‘yung interview dahil she couldn’t make up her mind whether she wanted to do the interview or not. That’s a difficult interview.”
The last interview he mentioned was his one-on-one with Claudine Barretto after Rico Yan’s death, the actress’ former on-screen partner and ex-boyfriend.
“”Another difficult interview was with Claudine Barretto. Hindi ko makakalimutan. This is a time when pumanaw ang kaibigan Rico Yan. It was a difficult interview.

Kapamilya star Joshua Garcia’s life hasn’t always been easy and glamorous.
In an interview in Tonight With Boy Abunda, the lead actor of Ngayon at Kailanman shared that he only had 10 pesos as allowance when he was in elementary.
Things did not change much when he entered his first year in high school.
“Grade school, ang baon ko is10 pesos. Pagdating ko ng high school, ng 1st year, 10 pesos pa rin. Tapos nung second year na, nag 20 na. Pero minsan nagsasampu pa rin eh. Pag mas maraming sahod ang tatay ko, ayun.”
He shared that his favorite snacks back then were Crispy Patata and Rinbee with orange juice on the side. He also said that he used to hang out in computer shops back then, but never played because he had no money,
“Tambayan ko dati computer shop, pero nanunuod lang ako Tito Boy dahil wala ako panlaro (pera)… kaya alam mo yun masarap lang sa feeling na yung mga hindi mo magawa nuon, nagagawa mo na, nabili mo pa.”
The actor added that the difference between his budget back then and now is that in his current situation, he can buy almost everything that he wants.
At a recent episode of ABS-CBN’s Tonight with Boy Abunda, basketball player Kiefer Ravena shared how his controversies affected his relationship with girlfriend Alyssa Valdez.
He shared that of course it had affected the relationship and he did get scared that Alyssa would break up with him.
Kiefer stated how lucky he is to have her as his girlfriend that even if so many things happened, she never left his side. There are scars but she never walked away.
“Natakot, tito. Di ko man naisip kung pano ko ie-explain … Siguro pag love mo Tito Boy parang handa ka namang harapin kung ano yung consequence ng sa ginawa ko eh.
But I was very fortunate to have her as my girlfriend and to be honest, she really never left my side even after that. May scars, trust was broken, ang hirap tignan sa mata, and ang hirap mag explain everyday but at the same time, she also sacrificed a lot because she could’ve easily walked away.
But she never did and for that I think you know you have a keeper. You know you have someone who you can spend time with for the rest of your life.”
Regarding his issue with FIBA, he stated that he didn’t intend to do that and Alyssa is always there to give encouraging words to him.
Kilala niyon naman ako Tito Boy eh hindi ko naman intensyon gawin yun and she would always defend me and say encouraging words for me na alam niya rin kung ano yung nawala sakin na ang basketball isa sa pinaka nakakapag-pakalma, nakakapag bigay ng sanity sakin and it’s my sanctuary.
Last June 29, Kiefer posted a photo of Alyssa on Instagram along with a heartfelt birthday greeting for her.
kieferravena15: You stuck with me thru thick and thin. You deserve nothing but the best. Maraming nagmamahal sayo at sumosuporta sayo. Mapa golf, volleyball o buhay man yan. Keep inspiring a lot of people. You have a smile that can light up the world. Happy birthday, Phenom. I love you.
