Lolit Solis received S & R gift card’s with a note about the “PIKON BROTHERS,” referencing to Atty. Jesus “Jess” Falcis and Nicko Falcis. Lolit Solis got herself involved, after she disclosed Nicko Falcis’ identity that resulted to Atty. Jesus calling her out on his Facebook account.

At para in line with my age, tiniyak niya na kung ano ang edad ko iyon ang worth ng GCs at $ na binigay niya. Kaya nga nagtataka ako kung bakit may nagsasabi na publicist ako ni Kris.

Due to this, Lolit Solis posted on Instagram, oblivious to what she might have done wrong, that Nicko Falcis might sue her.
“Naku Salve ha, tinawagan ako ni Mercy Lejarde at sinabi na balita daw kakasuhan ako ni Nicko Falcis. Bakit? Why? Hindi ko ma-understand. Gusto ko tuloy tawagan si. atty Norman Golez at Biboy Malaya para mag-consult, pero naisip ko balita pa lang naman. Naku talagang ako lagi hinahabol ng intriga, kahit hindi ako kasali bigla nadadamay ako. Sa edad na 72 sa May madi-demanda pa ako, grabe naman, huh huh. To think na nalimutan nga ni Kris Aquino ipadala ang christmas gift ko at ang promise niya na every three months supply ng gc ng S&R tapos may kaso pa ako. At I don’t know why ha? Kaya Salve dapat na talaga mag-meeting kami ni Atty. Norman at Atty. Biboy para mapayuhan ako sa aking gagawin at bakit ako nasali dito. Kris, bakit ako nasali? Cris Roque why? Bakit Leo Espinosa? Ay naku, me and my being so clueless huh huh.”
The article said that this became one of the alleged reasons shared by Solis on why Nicko stole from Aquino. He also accused Solis of gay shaming his brother and emphasized that her previous posts were libelous.
Kris Aquino disclosed on her Instagram post that she was deceived by a “person with no conscience,” losing tens of millions, and stated that she is currently in a legal battle against the said person.

The said person was yet to be named, until Lolit Solis spilled the beans on Arnold Clavio’s “sino” segment over DzBB radio on Thursday, september 27, last year. Lolit Solis identified the alleged person as Kris Aquino’s own business manager named Nicko Falcis.
Nicko Falcis is the managing director of Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP), the digital media company owned by Kris Aquino.
