But this Vlogger named Kuya Migz, whose video is retweeted thousands of times on twitter, argue that women who wear shorts on a rainy day are just asking for disrespect; implying that they don’t have enough self self-respect or don’t deserve respect at all.

Vlogger Kuya Migz issues apology
“Gusto ko sanang humingi ng tawad dun sa mga taong na offend dun sa ginawa kung video, and sana naman po bigyan nyo po ako ng pagkakataon upang mag bago. I promise na sa susunod na mga video ko magiging aware na po ako sa mga bibitawan kong salita, and inaamin ko po na nagkamali po talaga ako.
“Sana naman po mapatawad nyo po ako at salamat din po sa mga patuloy po nagsusuporta sa’kin kahit na yun po ‘yung nangyare, at dun sa mga nagbigay ng advice na para ma-educate din ako.
“Lubos ko po talagang pinag sisihan yung nagawa ko at pinapangako ko po na magbabago po talaga ako sa mga susunod kong video. ‘Yun lang po, maraming salamat.”
