Speculations have risen that the Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez will be joining the Kapamilya network soon.
It is after her husband, Ogie Alcasid, transferred to ABS-CBN. Adding fuel to the fire, her friend Sharon Cuneta promoted Velasquez‘s US concert tour on her Instagram account with a rather intriguing caption.

As Cuneta did not mention what she was excited about, people turned to Velasquez’s husband for the clarification.
“Ahh, hindi! Hindi yun about that!” Alcasid said in an interview with PEP Troika on August 15.
He said that the two were just planning a show together since a lot of fans have been suggesting the collaboration.
“Kasi, nag-uusap yung dalawang yun, e, na gusto nilang mag-show. So, yun, pinaplano nila. Gusto nilang mag-back-to-back [concert]. Actually, si Reg, idol niya yun, e. Si Sharon, gustung-gusto ni Regine. Andami ring… Regine-Sarah [Geronimo], gusto ring mag-concert. Meron ding Vice [Ganda]-Regine…”
Regarding her rumored network transfer, Alcasid said that it’s better if Velasquez is the one to personally answer all those as he doesn’t want to dictate her next move.
“Ako, kung saan siya masaya. I don’t wanna … you know, magdi-dictate sa kanya. May sarili siyang diskarte.”
