LOOK: Dog pushes the Master’s wheelchair for the latter to travel

  • Netizen uploads a touching scene she witnessed while on her way home.
  • In the video, a dog is seen helping his master on a wheelchair in order to travel.

A dog is indeed a man’s best friend. Somewhere in Tagum, Davao del Norte, there’s a dog who helped his master riding a wheelchair to move and travel in the sidewalks of Mabini Street.

Netizen named Faith Revilla uploaded on facebook a touching video of a helpful and loyal dog. The post was made on June 30.

“Heartwarming scene of a dog’s unconditional love towards its master.” she wrote on the caption.

She admitted that she thought it only happens in fictional stories but she didn’t expect to witness such extraordinary sight.

“Heartwarming scene of a dog’s unconditional love towards its master. Just this ordinary afternoon, we felt blessed to have witnessed this extra ordinary sight of an amazing creature helping its master maneuver his wheelchair along seminary drive. I mean, I thought it only happens in TV shows, this very scenario. I’m out of words to describe my emotions right now. May the good Lord will bless them both.”

The man in the video is Danilo Alarcon and the dog is Digong (Yes, that is the Philippine President’s nickname).

According to ABS-CBN report, the two have been together for seven months.

Revilla shared that she has goosebumps and got emotional after she encountered the scene.

In a follow up post, Faith shared photos of her reunion with Danilo and, of course, Digong. “Finally… nagkaharap na rin kami ni kuya Danilo and his dog Digong❤️ Ti-nreat namin siya sa aming Buffet Resto para makapagkwentuhan narin☺️” she wrote.

Danilo shared that he did not expect that his dog would help him at all. He first experienced the dog’s kindness when he stopped rolling his wheelchair to take a break, and Digong went down from his lap to push him from behind.

He hopes that everyone will realize that dogs do have feelings and emotions, too (just like humans).
