In the interview during his presscon held in Ibarra Plaza, Timog Ave, QC last January 23, 2015, he said;
“I am not expecting that they will choose me to voice Paddington, definitely, I have to practice it especially some British accent and some stuffs, but the good thing was, when we submitted the demo recorded copy to them, they thought it was the same as the original voice, so, that’s when Captive Cinema, the local distributor, informed Xian as the official voice for Paddington.”

After launching his singing career on 2012 with his certified gold record “So It’s You,” Xian Lim releases his sophomore album named “XL2” via Star Records, that features three of Xian’s original compositions.
“My second album is extra special and literally too personal because it carries three of my original songs … Recording them really made the process more exciting and emotional at the same time. Because it gave me the chance to set the standards and put my full emotion in my renditions,” says Xian.
Among his originals in the album are the songs “Alay Ko Sa ’Yo,” “Iibigin,” and “Kung ‘Di Sa Iyo” which was featured as one of the theme songs of the hit ABS-CBN Drama Series “ Ina, Kapatid, Anak,” where Xian and Teleserye Princess Kim Chui paired up.
The album also featured other original tracks entitled “Di Bale,” “Keep In Mind (K.I.M.),” “Ikaw Na,” “Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo,” and the carrier single itself “Pag May Time.” Xian also included a cover of the OPM Classic “Si Aida, si Lorna o si Fe” in the album, which was popularized in the 80’s by Marco Sison.
“XL2” is now available in record bars nationwide for only P250. Also, album tracks can be downloaded via iTunes, amazon.com, mymusicstore.com.ph and starmusic.ph.
