Bongbong Marcos camp gives off a “matapobre” vibe after touting “thinking class” domination in survey

Despite the impressive figures, netizens felt offended when classes D and E–weren’t considered part of the thinking class. The discrimination was evident, but Marcos Jr’s camp ignored it and flaunted the results.

Netizens, especially those considered marginalized, couldn’t help but feel offended after Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr’s camp boasted about the recent Laylo presidential survey.

It mentioned that more voters from the “thinking class” (ABC) “dumped” Vice President Leni Robredo.

Results say Marcos Jr’s score in the Class ABC increased by four percent from the 54 percent in February, while Robredo only scored 15 percent from her 25 two months ago.

The dictator’s son also leads all classes with 62% in Class D, and 58% in Class E. Overall, he garnered 61 percent of voters’ presidential preference, 42 percent more than the second placer.

Despite the impressive figures, netizens felt offended when classes D and E–weren’t considered part of the thinking class. The discrimination was evident, but Marcos Jr’s camp ignored it and flaunted the results.

The boasting only showed how “elitist” the former senator is.

In the same survey, Marcos Jr. also dominates Region 1 with 86 percent, 86% in the Cordillera Autonomous Region, 84% in Cagayan Valley (Region 2), and 62% in Central Luzon. Aside from that, he also wins Mindanao.

When it came to ‘trust’ ratings by major areas, Robredo scored a negative nine, while Marcos Jr. got a plus 53.
