Gay man shares his ‘coming out’ experience on social media; netizens commend him

He thanked his family for accepting that he is gay.

Coming out as gay, bisexual or transgender is not easy, particularly for those who fear they will be rejected by their families and friends.

A netizen recently took to social media to share his experience coming out as gay to his family.

The netizen with the Twitter handle @realadrianes felt it was the best Christmas gift he received when his family accepted him.

“Oyyyy!!! I’M OFFICIALLY OUT SA FAMILY KOO!!!! UYYY KINA ATE, KUYA, MAMA AT PAPA, AT LOLA, SHETTT!!!! 😭😭😭 DI NA SILA GALIT SAKEN. WALA NG TAMPO,” he tweeted.

“GUSTO LANG DAW NILA MASAYA AKO AT KUNG ANO IKAKASAYA KOO 😭 DI NA KAME NAG-AAWAY NI PAPA. 😭❤️ THANK YOUUU SO MUCH PO LORD FOR THIS!! 😭❤️,” he added.

He thanked his family for accepting that he is gay.

“THANK YOUU. THANK YOUU. YAN LANG MASASABE KO FOR NOW!!! THANK YOUU SA PAGTANGGAP NG TOTOONG AKO,” he said in another tweet.

“I LOVE YOU MA, PA, ATE, KUYA!!!” he added.

Many netizens immediately reacted upon seeing his post, mostly sending praise and congratulatory messages.
