A netizen shared on Facebook photos of a teacher buying graduation togas in bulk, only for him to learn that they were not to be used for rent but for her students to freely use for their solemn investiture.

In a now viral-post, Cris Cordero identified the generous and selfless teacher as Virgita Emilio Diaz who works at Kiblat Elementary School in Malungon, Sarangani.

Talking with Diaz’s daughter, Kryzl Anne, Cordero came to know that Diaz is inflicted with ovarian and breast cancer, one that she survived earlier but has now gone under remission.
