Seven friends from Bagong Alabang were apprehended by local authorities after an uninvited friend of theirs reported them for drinking.
The Bagong Alabang Task Force (BATF) found the group drinking at the yard of 7B in Ilaya, Alabang. They were confronted for breaking the curfew and going against the liquor ban.
According to the hub’s official Facebook page, a friend of theirs notified authorities of the activity after she wasn’t invited.
The BATF meanwhile reminded the young students that there exists a “Curfew and Liquor Ban” and flouting it may cause them to lose their Muntinlupa City Government scholarships.
The Muntinlupa Scholarship Program gives violators a second chance before they are kicked out of the program.
Curfew Ordinances No. 2021 – 223 and No. 2021 – 233 were posited to keep everyone safe during the ECQ.
