Lars Pachecho announces decision to undergo sex reassignment in Thailand

Content creator Lars Pacheco has announced that she is undergoing sex reassignment.

In an Instagram post, Pacheco is shown lying in a hospital bed holding a bouquet of flowers.

“We all hope for breakthrough rebirth moment,” she wrote.

She went with the surgery-penile peritoneal vaginoplasty (SRS-PPV), the most advanced procedure of sex change and the “most advanced SRS technique.”

Her followers wholeheartedly supported her consequential decision.

“I am woman,” Pacheco added.

Fellow beauty queens Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold and Miss Grand International Philippines 2016 Nicole Cordoves were also proud of Pacheco.

The 25-year-old is currently receiving treatment at Kamol Cosmetic Hospital – German in Bangkok, Thailand.

Pachecho made a name for herself after success in It’s Showtime’s “Ms. Q&A.” Pachecho and Anne Patricia Lorenzo made an appearance on the segment’s comeback to noontime television.
