Sen. Kiko Pangilinan rides Stick-O wave, daughter finds it corny

On twitter, he teased by making a political jingle out of the whole thing. But his daughter joked that his idea was “corny.”

Frankie Pangilinan, better known as the daughter of Sharon Cuneta and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan, shot a friendly diss at her father’s hackneyed act.

During his motorcade with Vice President Leni Robredo, on Tuesday, February 13, a supporter lobbed Pangilinan a tub of Stik-O strawberry wafer sticks.

After that, the video went viral, and the vice-presidential candidate left with no choice but to ride the attention it got.

Supporters also capitalized on Stick-O.

Stick-O actually made it to the most viral trends in the country.

Pangilinan has a clean track record as a career politician. Not even the opposition can deny that.

The senator was more than happy to accept gifts from die-hard supporters.

The sales of the strawberry-flavored wafers instantly skyrocketed.

Pangilinan recently filed a cyber-libel case against YouTube channel “Maharlika” for spreading malicious lies against him.

His complaint said the channel violated the “Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012” or Republic Act 10175.

“The contents of the videos are all false, have no factual basis, and are intended to destroy or damage my reputation as a senator, public servant, and husband to one of the most beloved celebrities in the Philippines, Sharon Cuneta-Pangilinan,” he said.

“More importantly, the libelous videos are meant to destroy the family. The libelous videos are not only intended to damage my relationship with my wife but also meant to destroy my relationship with our children.”
