Angelica Panganiban begs the public to avoid voting thieves and deceivers

She regrets endorsing President Rodrigo Duterte in the 2016 national elections after Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto was summoned by the National Bureau of Investigation last year

Angelica Panganiban has urged voters to carefully scrutinize candidates, much like how they choose their next partner.

In a short “hugot” video, Panganiban warned the public of voting liars and thieves in the coming elections.

“Ingat-ingat sa mga tao. Kilatising mabuti ang mga manliligaw. Halughugin ang biodata mula high school hanggang college. Alamin at tingnan ang character references,” she said.

“’Wag magpapabudol, at ‘wag sa magnanakaw,” she added.

The video was uploaded by “Young Public Servants” on Facebook.

“Kaya ngayong eleksyon sa May 2022, ingat-ingat sa mga tao, kilatising mabuti ang mga manliligaw, halughugin ang bio-data mula highschool hanggang college, alamin at tingnan ang character references.”

She briefly talked about how failed relationships have taken a toll on her.

“Ilang beses akong iniwan sa ere. Ilang beses din akong nasaktan. Lagapak, beh! Dapang-dapa! Ninakawan ako ng pag-asa at pangarap,

“Minahal ko, e. Pinagtanggol ko pa nga sa mga friends ko. Pero, wala! Nganga! Mambubudol pala!” she said.

She eventually learned that her heart deserves someone better.

“Ang sakit umasa, ha. Nakakapagod din maging tanga. Sa ganda kong ito, hindi ko deserve. Hindi mo rin deserve. It’s not worth it.”

Panganiban urged once more to avoid voting candidates who have dubious intentions.

“Iwasanan na natin ang mga manloloko,” she concluded.
