Aiko Melendez cries foul over removal of tarpaulins in Quezon City

The actress earlier in October filed her certificate of candidacy (COC) for councilor in Quezon City’s 5th district

Aiko Melendez called out political oppositions after a video of her tarpaulin getting taken down was shared by a netizen.

According to the one who uploaded the video, the act “Happened at Franville 3 Brgy Kaligayahan. Happened between 11:30 pm.”

Melendez had to make sure that the footage was authentic before social media to air her frustration.

Paano tayo magiging mabuting leader ng QC kung nagbibigay tayo ng masamang ehemplo sa mga tao po.” she said.

Melendez doesn’t even have that many tarpaulins to promote her campaign.

She called for fairness as she, too, wanted to serve the public.

Talent manager and comedian Ogie Diaz joined in on criticizing the people in power for the tasteless move.

I-reveal ko na ba, Aiko Melendez?” he said.

Netizens believe that Melendez’s political opponents are threatened by her running.

The actress, earlier in October, filed her certificate of candidacy (COC) for councilor in Quezon City’s 5th district.
