- Melinda Meza was broadcasting from home when a naked man was suddenly included in the frame.
Last April 17, KCRA reporter Melinda Meza was filming in her bathroom for a live segment about haircuts. A broadcast from home was implemented because of the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
Everything was going well until she failed to notice the reflection in the frame which showed a man showering.
The YouTube video showing the incident garnered over 800,000 views since it was posted. People in the comment section of the video joked about it.
“That poor dude’s standing like he was put on hold,” one said while another informed that the reporter and television channel are removing all traces of the incident on their social media accounts.
“Melinda Meza removed the hairdresser story from her feed. KCRA is deleting all pictures and references that people post about this.”
It has also become viral on Twitter when a screenshot reached more than 25,000 retweets.
