Adora Ramos, who was tagged as the “Reyna ng gold digger” by Raffy Tulfo’s Wanted sa Radyo, committed suicide by hanging herself inside the comfort room of their house in La Union early Friday.
During the Wanted sa Radyo show on Friday, host Raffy said they have learned that Adora, the girlfriend of American RJ Russel, passed away at around 4 a.m.
He said this was confirmed by the Barangay chairman Melito Sordilla of Barangay Sorbedillo in Caba, La Union.
According to Sordilla, he was informed by Adora’s neighbor past 6 a.m.
He also told Raffy the cause of Adora’s death.
“Paano daw po nagpakamatay sir?” asked Raffy.
“Nagbigti sir,” Sordilla replied.
“Sa loob ng comfort room sir,” he added.
RJ, who was also inside the studio with his brother Kevin Russel, expressed his desire to visit the wake of his girlfriend in La Union.
Raffy then informed Adora’s family about RJ’s intention and they promised they will welcome him there peacefully.
Adora was tagged as the “reyna ng gold digger” after she allegedly took more than US $500,000 or approximately over P25 million from RJ.
The foreigner from Dallas, Texas said he was sending her money so they can buy several properties and start a business like a sari-sari store so that when he moved to the Philippines for good they would have sources of income.
Unfortunately, Adora had a different plan on where to spend the money and she simply pocketed it.
It was this month when he went to La Union to be with Adora that RJ found out that his Pinay girlfriend did not spend his hard-earned money on the supposed properties and businesses.
The foreigner said although Adora bought few properties, including their house in La Union, many properties that she told him to buy were not purchased.
He added that every time he confronted Adora on where did she spent the remaining money, something would happen like the burning of their house that compelled him to stop questioning her.

Adora's suicide is on her. There is nothing to blame but herself. A manipulative scheming woman who's afraid to face her ghost. Ang pamilya best in blame kay RJ when in fact nakinabang sila sa money and sila nag sulsol na magpa Tulfo si RJ. Mga pathetic.

Napanood ko din yung about kay Adora. Ayun nagpakamatay after few days because of humiliation. May kasalanan yung tao pero she suffers from depression and she needs medical help. Pero dahil kay Tulfo na-push yung suicidal tendencies niya ayun, nag-hang.

According to RJ, he met Adora when they were both working in Kuwait.
But after some time, he had to move to Afghanistan for a new job.
Since he could not bring her there, he told her to go back to the Philippines and that he would just support her.
Adora has four kids with her ex-husband and RJ was supporting them like a real father.
And now, after their story went viral online, it has caused a public backlash against Adora.
RJ confessed that Adora’s family was blaming him for the unpleasant event that happened to her.
But he revealed that Adora has already attempted suicide in the past—more than thrice—and that he was there at those times to save her.
Raffy then told Adora’s family not to blame RJ for what happened to her as it was not his fault and the Pinay has brought this on herself.
