“Ready ako for challenges,” Maja Salvador talks about possible long-time projects in Thailand

  • Maja to work in Thailand for a long time?
  • Maja Salvador is ready to take the stage and perform once again.

We don’t want to overspill the beans here, but it’s now safe to spread the news that our MAJAsty Maja Salvador has partnered up with Thai superstar ToR+ Saksit for a song collab.

Yes, you heard that right. Maja Salvador is now ready to take the main stage once more and pursue her passion in singing. This dream partnership with ToR+ was spearheaded by BEC-TERO Music Thailand. The idea came to reality when the Ivory Music and Videos Philippines, along with Maja and her management, flew to Bangkok to record a beautiful ballad with the Thai premier singer-songwriter-pianist and heartthrob.

‘Falling Into You’

Oops… there it goes. “Falling Into You” is the single both Maja and ToR+ are working on for a few months now. They are pleased to announce that this beautiful ballad will come out in stores February of 2018. This collaboration also marks different firsts for Maja and T0R+. It’s the first time Maja did a duet, and it’s also ToR+’s first time to record an English song.

Maja on possible job offers in Thailand

We are not new to the news of our celebrities going big in different countries, but the question remains. Since this is a partnership with a well-known Thai entertainment company, will she be willing to accept long-time acting and singing offers in Thailand?

In an exclusive interview with The Lily Cruz herself, she said,

“Iba pa rin ang Pilipinas,” she said. “May kontrata ako sa ABS-CBN, and I’m very happy sa career ko dito sa Pilipinas. Kung may mga ganong opportunities na magbukas. Siguro ano lang ‘yun, for the meantime,” MAJAsty added.

Adding to her statement about her possible work in Thailand,

“Let’s see. Ready naman ako sa mga challenges,” she charmingly shared. “Diba ang buhay, ang daming sorpresa. Ready ako sa kung anong ibigay ng life. Bawat success naman ng Pinoy ay success naman ng bawat Pilipino,” she preached.

So, who’s excited to see Maja conquer that stage again? We do!
