Is Bratz Doll Makeup a Trend Now?

  • Reminisce your childhood with these Bratz-inspired makeup looks
  • Bratz in real life?

! Reading this might trigger a memory, guys. Don’t tell me I did not warn you !

We were first introduced to the fallen Bratz dolls in early 2000’s. We often referred to it as the dystopian Barbie. Although it is too late to appreciate them now, a professional makeup artist and YouTube Vlogger Promise Tamang relived our good ol’ days.

Bratz Makeup

Tamang is known for transforming herself into anything and anyone. We have seen her as the doppelganger of Ed Sheeran, Mariah Carey and even Sailor Moon. But her breakthrough in the makeup blogging/vlogging industry was when she turned into a life-sized Bratz doll.

Girl, the makeup is killing it!

Tamang got the right formula for Bratz’ signature huge eyes, big pouty lips, head bigger than any part of the body, and of course the edgy style Barbie does not possess.

And guess what, she’s not the only one to recreate the 2000’s hit doll. It has become a trend now, and we’re not sure if we are comfortable with it.

More and more makeup enthusiasts have been trying to be a Bratz.

Mind you, they are indeed very successful. Oh boy, the magic of makeup.

The makeup industry is truly getting bigger and bigger, more creative than ever.

Kudos to everyone, man or woman, who has continuedly contributed to the growth of the industry, breaking the negative stigma that comes along with it.
