The cases of animal cruelty have increased once again.
Last March 11, Marlen Mamaed posted a status along with three pictures related to the subject on her Facebook account. She said that her pet cat had been with her for four or five years already. She saw her cat back when it was still a kitten and decided to take her home.
Apparently, the cat was shot by an arrow in its upper body by some ruthless person.
Presently, she is still unaware of who had done such horrendous thing to her beloved pet. However, they have been suspecting that it was the kids who had done that to her pet, since they were the ones who stole the kittens beforehand and caged them as they played with them.
She also said that the cat is very kind, that she does not deserve to be treated like that. Her cat is very charming and is not violent in any way.
The concerned netizen tagged the Philippine Animal Welfare Society to ask for help in the hopes of getting the cat saved.
As of the moment, the cat is still missing but Mamaed’s family has been looking for their pet since last night. The poor animal disappeared when she was about to be treated and hasn’t gone home since then.
