Nuisance Candidates flock to the Comelec to file their COCs

Another candidate, Pacheco Reyes, wants to improve the country’s weather system. If elected as president, he promises to do away with the wet and dry seasons and instead legalize the four seasons (winter, spring, summer, and autumn,) such as what can be experienced in America.
