4. King Leopold II – Belgium, Congo / 13 million estimated deaths
He was King of the Belgians from 1865-1909 and Sovereign of the Congo Free State from 1885 – 1908. King Leopold II ordered the massacre of 10 million people by burning the villages and fogging slaves to death. 2 million were beheaded with their heads and genitals displayed in public.
3. Adolf Hitler – Germany / 17-20 million estimated deaths
The leader of the Nazi party ordered for the parents of disabled children to send them to clinics where they were lethally injected. 2/3 of European Jews were massacred during the Holocaust through sadistic vivisections.
