What happens when great talents take center stage? An unforgettable event you may say, because only great talents can put together great music.
A blogcon for Homeworkz Talents was held last March 31, 2015 at TreeHouse Tavern in A.Venue, Makati City. It was the first time this event happened for Homeworkz at the said venue, which is both co-owned by the one and only R & B King in the country, Jay- R.
The event began with Glaiza De Castro and Frenchesca Farr serenading the Bloggers. Although they both had to leave for a previous engagement, both of the GMA Network beauties charmed their way and showcased their musical talents for the audience to experience.
After the lovely rendition of songs by GMA Network’s lovely talented artists Glaiza and Frenchesca, the venue was shook by the iconic Salbakuta. After their phenomenal hit, “S2pid Love”, Salbakuta is collaborating with Jay-R with a new single which they demo’ed during the blogcon. Yes, Salbakuta is all set to become phenomenal again!
Yes, there’s even more! Deejay Poblete, the R & B King’s niece who is now going solo also performed giving justice to her name as a PinoyPop Superstar & Best New Artist (Group) at Aliw Awards. After her group Kley disbanded, Deejay is now more ready than ever to launch her very own first album with Homeworkz!
Q-York: Quality – Yields Our Richest Key, composed of Flava Matikz and Knowa Lazarus, the duo group which has always been a front act for international talents is also now part of Homeworkz. Q-York, which was founded in Queens, New York, would now want to share their talents locally.
Mica Javier, 2014 Aliw Awards Best New Female Artist, is also a part of Homeworkz! The lady who did the front act for JLo’s dance concert held at MOA Arena this year. She isn’t just a charming singer or a talented dancer. She also is an entrepreneur. Her MNL scents are available at selected malls! Talk about beauty, talent and smarts!
All hail the King! Jay-R truly deserves to be the one and only R & B King, not only does he have talents, but a genuine heart too. He was a gracious host of the event and a humble one too! Now that’s a King we all want to emulate. And with his pure charm and great talent, Homeworkz is definitely on its way to success!
Speaking of success, Jay-R’s ‘Elevated’ album has already been launched and an upcoming mall tour is on the works. Grab a copy of this 14-track album and be swept away with the King’s talent. Produced and distributed by Homeworkz Entertainment, Jay-R’s new album will make guys sing and girls swoon!
