Nationwide manhunt launched for Kingdom of Jesus Christ Pastor Apollo Quiboloy

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has initiated an extensive search for Kingdom of Jesus Christ Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, broadening the manhunt to cover the entire nation.

PNP Public Information Office chief, PCol. Jean Fajardo, disclosed that tracking teams have been deployed nationwide to locate Quiboloy and another individual who is also being pursued.

Fajardo emphasized that these tracking teams are actively verifying information regarding Quiboloy’s possible whereabouts and are diligently coordinating with his acquaintances, friends, and organizational connections to ascertain his movements.

Furthermore, Justice Undersecretary Jose Dominic Clavano confirmed that Quiboloy remains within the Philippines and is also being sought by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for alleged involvement in sex trafficking cases.

Clavano also noted that a motion has been filed by the prosecution regarding a hold departure order against Quiboloy.

Simultaneously, Fajardo highlighted the forthcoming decision of PNP Chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil on the recommendation from the Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO) to revoke Quiboloy’s License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF), based on serious charges he is facing.

Quiboloy faces three arrest warrants for child and sexual abuse issued by the Davao City Regional Trial Court, along with a warrant for human trafficking issued by the Pasig City Court.
