Netizens’ newest eye candy is ABS-CBN News reporter Michael Delizo

Prior to joining TV Patrol, Delizo worked as a radio reporter for the now-defunct DZMM, which has been broadcasting as a cable and digital free TV channel since ABS-CBN’s shutdown in May 2020.

The former Radyo Patrol caught the attention of netizens, who got smitten with his adorable smile and gorgeous looks.

Do you watch the news simply because of the news, or do you catch the news because of who delivers it? That seems to be the puzzle that currently hounds netizens, albeit in a delightful way.

MEET @michael_delizo, ANG BAGONG CUTIE SA NEWSROOM NG ABS-CBN NEWS HALAAAAAAAA,” said @AltStarMagic, whose tweet received thousands of likes, retweets, and replies from equally-smitten netizens.

“S***! Mukhang nandudura. HAHAHAHAHA gushes @dyesebelheussaf

A naughty response came from @MrGenesisSantos who said, “Break the news to me, sir.”

“okay time to watch the news ulit,” a tweet reads from @apohoe.

@Chet  Evans wished, “Oh good lorde. I hope he’s single!”

Meanwhile, Lawrence alluded to vloggers replacing legitimate journalists under the current administration. “This is why vlogging will never take journalism’s place. Charot,” his tweet reads.

The newbie primetime TV field reporter caught the attention of netizens when various natural calamities and the Halloween season made him more visible on television than before.
