TikTok users were discombobulated after a black woman accused actress Drew Barrymore of being racist for dancing in the rain.
Barrymore shared a video of her having fun in the rain on her account.
“Whenever you can, go out into the rain. Do not miss the opportunity,” she wrote.

Viewers liked that the actress always brought a “positive vibe” to their feeds. However, a TikTok user called @amushroomblackly, who has since deactivated her account, branded Barrymore a “racist” for copying “frolicking black men.”
“You and I both know you are capable of enjoying the rain, frolicking freely, without filming it and posting it to TikTok.” the woman, who is probably a liberal, wrote.
She noted that Barrymore copied previous trends that showed black men frolicking in the field.

Netizens came to defend Barrymore, who probably didn’t even know about the black men trend.
John Sexton of HotAir said he hopes the actress doesn’t issue an apology.
“I really hope Drew Barrymore doesn’t get wind of this and decide to apologize. That would be the worst possible outcome.” he wrote.
Barrymore hasn’t commented on the duet video.
