Juliana Parizcova Segovia could be charged with child abuse after spitting on a minor’s face

She said Juliana spat on her while intoxicated, adding that the actor had nothing to say when asked to explain his action during their barangay hearing

The first-ever grand winner of It’s Showtime‘s “Miss Q and A” Juliana Parizcova Segovia could be facing charges of child abuse and slander by deed after CCTV footage caught him spitting on his 17-year old neighbor.

The complainant, Patricia, went on Raffy Tulfo in Action to share her side on what happened.

She said Juliana spat on her while intoxicated, adding that the actor had nothing to say when asked to explain his action during their barangay hearing. She stressed that they were on their way home when an aggressive Juliana came at them in the middle of the street.

“Yung unang pangdudura niya sa akin pinalagpas ko na eh.” the minor said.

However, Barangay 53 secretary of Pasay City Charie dela Cruz said both of them were drinking together—a part of the story Patricia initially failed to tell the viewers.

Patricia further explained that she answered a question from Juliana politely, but the latter’s response was not.

Their second hearing will be held on July 16, and if the issue is not settled, then Raffy Tulfo will step in to help Patricia’s party in filing charges.

Juliana is currently signed with Viva Artists Agency and appears on Gluta, a new film that can be streamed on Vivamax.
