LOOK: A Woman Exposed for Selling Donated Items

She mentioned that the reason why she didn’t want the incident to be posted online was that the other items she was selling are their only source of additional income as she currently has no work.

facebook user expressed her disappointment and frustration after she found out that the items donated to a woman were being sold online.

Meanne Hermosa Abuyo posted on a Manila-based facebook group named Taga Pandacan Ako… (TPA)’ exposing a woman who tried selling the shoes, an acquaintance donated to her.

On the screenshots, Abuyo sent a screenshot of the woman’s selling post and said that she knew who the donor of the shoes.

She then claimed that the items she was selling were legitimately owned by them and that the clothes that were donated were being repacked already.

Abuyo also questioned the lack of proof that the items were already donated to other people.

“Yun pong shoes, sige po ibabalik ko po. Wala pong problema,” she replied only to be questioned as to why she claimed the item as hers, in the first place.

The woman then asked for Abuyo to let the incident pass as she doesn’t want to be involved in such a mess.

“Nauunawaan at ina-admit ko po yung mistake ko, sis.”

Abuyo then demanded the shoes to be returned. She added that she will post about the incident and said that Kitkat should post that she would return everything that was donated to her.

The netizen said that she’s posting about their conversation so that other people who are willing to donate their worn stuff will be aware that there’s something like this happening.

“Himingi po sana ng katunayan na nakarating sa mabuti ang inyong mabuting kalooban,” Abuyo wrote.

“Wag ibenta ang dinonate sayo para sa gusto mong tulungan kuno!”

The shoe owner confronted Kitkat and asked her the reason why she’s selling donations.

The latter claimed that some of the items had damages already so she threw them away.

“Kahit po gusto ko ibalik lahat, sobrang kakaunti nalang po ito. Hindi ko po binenta. Yung sapatos lang po talaga,” she replied.

She mentioned that the reason why she didn’t want the incident to be posted online was that the other items she was selling are their only source of additional income as she currently has no work.
