Farmers successfully make their eight children finish school

Despite their simple way of earning an income, they still managed to help their children finish their education.

  • Eight siblings managed to finish their studies because of their parents’ hard work.
  • Both of their parents are farmers so they admitted that they encountered a lot of challenges to reach their dreams.
  • They said that it is now their turn to give their parents a comfortable life.

There are parents who would do everything just to give their child a comfortable life. This is what was proven by a couple from San Remigio, Cebu.

Despite their simple way of earning an income, they still managed to help their children finish their education.

The eldest child, Jovy Cataraja-Albite, shared the story of her parents, Diosdado and Libelita Cataraja, in a Facebook post.

In the post, she said that their parents really worked hard for their education. That even though their income from farming is not that big, their eight children have finished college.

Jovy, who posted the story, is a nurse while her siblings graduated with a degree in criminology, architecture, marines, accountancy, civil engineering, nautical, and education.

Jovy stated that she didn’t even think it was possible but because of her parents, they managed to survive every challenge that blocked their way of reaching this goal.

She added that now is the time for all of them to give back to their parents as the two are also getting old. They deserve to live the rest of their lives in comfort.
