Rodolfo Chavez, Jr., a security guard from Cagayan, has been labeled as ‘kaldero man’ for his funny antics.
A video shows him wearing a cooking pot as a helmet while hitching a ride on his friend’s motorcycle.
What the 15-second video did not show was him getting confronted by the authorities and penalizing him for his actions when he arrived in Tuguegarao City.
Vhince Blancad, the head of the Public Order and Security Unit in the city, found Chavez’s actions in violation of the rules and regulations of traffic.
In a report, Blancad said, “Isa pong insulto sa batas trapiko ang ginawa ni Rodolfo at kasama nito, kaya naman inisyuhan ng citation ticket para magmulta.”
The report also stated that Chavez and his friend will be handed suspensions from their agency for one to six months.
Nevertheless, netizens found the video to be hilarious.
