Influencer admits support for Juan Ponce Enrile because it’s “a good deal”

Social media influencer Kristzan Delos Santos admitted that he accepted an offer to campaign for former Senate President and senatorial aspirant Juan Ponce Enrile.

In screenshots shared by Saul de Jesus, Delos Santos said that he already deleted his Enrile campaign because of the negative feedback he received. He clarified that he is not into politics even though he doesn’t know the politician, it was because it’s “a good deal”.

He added that he didn’t fail to ask people about Enrile and even learned that his mom was a former student of the politician in Far Eastern University‘s Law School.

“Long story short, it’s NOT safe to be involved in anybody’s political campaign.”

Delos Santos added that he is not apologizing but he’s trying to rant because of the bashers and that the people don’t know him.

“They have thousands of followers/audience for a reason. You don’t have to drag them down. Including me.”

Delos Santos said that the negative messages just added fuel to the fire.

“Gets ko na po ung pinaglalaban nyo. Hahanapan pa ng mali eh. Educate na nga diba. Basahin muna ng buo, bago magreact.

“I understand what you stand for, but you must also understand that NOT everyone will have the same opinions and principles as what you have.”

The influencer messaged the uploader, clarifying his stand. But it seems like Delos Santos did not see the second part of the thread as he accused de Jesus of cutting his tweets.
