“Wag na tayong maglokohan.” Richard Gomez furious, scolds workers

  • Richard Gomez scolded staff after discovering substandard materials being used for a housing project.
  • The housing project is for the victims of the Ormoc City earthquake.

A netizen named Kimmy Alvarez Urboda uploaded a now viral video of actor and politician Richard Gomez scolding his team.

It turned out that the reason he was scolding the workers was because he discovered anomaly in the process of building houses. The residential spaces are part of a housing project for the earthquake victims of Ormoc City, Leyte.

He questioned the substandard materials being used for the construction.

He said that the government has been giving them the right budget so the workers cannot use the reason of inadequate money for the project.

Kung sino yung binibigyan niyo, wala kaming pakialam dun. Basta ang pakialam ko, is to give the people yung tamang gamit na para sa kanila na hindi sila magrereklamo pag dito lang isla nakatira.”

Gomez even pointed out the lack of cement used for the houses. The workers remained silent as the video ended.

The video now has more than 17,000 shares.
