  • Teddy Corpuz suggested via his tweets that  class suspension announcements should be for all levels.
  • Netizens expressed their mixed opinion on Corpuz’s tweets.

He expressed his disappointments on class suspensions’ limitations or exclusivity. Most of the time, classes are suspended and applicable only for pre-school and grade school students.

In his tweet, he stated that suspending classes at selected levels is like a confusing joke.

Ano, water proof yung iba?

Corpuz also tweeted three benefits of announcing the suspension of classes all at once.

Ayaw nyo yun masaya lahat pag walang pasok ang all levels.
2. Masaya mga kids kasi they get to chill and have a break from their stressful sked at school.
3. Wala masyado traffic

His tweets drew mixed reactions from Netizens. A Twitter user stated that it’s unfair because while others are safe in their own homes, some needed to travel long distances despite the weather, just to reach school.

On the other hand, someone disagreed with Corpuz’s tweets, saying that grade school students are not as mature as high school and college students.

Another netizen thought about the situation of PUJ drivers wherein if there are no classes, their income for the day might be reduced.

May pamilya silang binubuhay.
