- The netizen expressed her disappointment regarding the mall guards’ lack of action towards the situation.
Netizen calls out snatcher at Trinoma but the criminal wasn’t the only person she called out.
Last July 9, Facebook user Ellen Santos posted about the slasher she encountered while shopping at Trinoma.
The narrated the incident she experienced on July 8 inside the Miniso store. She stated that she was with her daughter when she noticed a lady that kept sticking to her.
“Then medyo kinabahan ako, so i immediately put down my kid and reached out for my bag na nasa shoulder ko. Then I saw that it was already cut open!!! Na slash na pala yung bag ko.” she wrote.
Ellen then confronted the girl but she immediately went out and tried to escape. As the security guards were informed that there was a slasher in the premises of the mall.
But as the guards followed the woman, she discovered that they just let her freely exit the area. “Is this really the protocol of Trinoma guards in handling this kind of situation? Hahayaan lang makatakas ang may sala’ ??” Ellen stated.
Netizens were shocked at the guards’ lack of action towards the situation.
Oh’ my, hope you and Yumi are now okay, dami na tlga masamang elemento na nagkalat, everywhere is not safe na tlga, even with Guards. I start to hate them na, may traumatic experience din ako sa mga Guard. Pano kaya sila tini-train? Now i wonder pano sila nakakapasa. But the possitive side there is wala nangyari sa inyo masama especially with Yumi at wala nakuha sayo, naka on ang sense of sensitivity mode mo sister.
This one Facebook user shared her similar experience at the Landmark Supermarket wherein she lost her phone and wallet but the guards didn’t budge.
I feel you. Ganyan din nangyare sakin dyan sa landmark supermarket naman. Na slash din ang eco bag ko. Nanakaw ang wallet at cellphone ko. When i call the guards para huliin yung mga tinuturo ko or i block yung entrace exit deadma sila! Parang kakuntsaba sila! Walang kwenta dyan sa trinoma!!!
Ellen stated that they have already filed their complaints at the mall’s management and are currently waiting for a feedback.

BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN! SNATCHER in TRINOMA MALL!!
This happened yesterday, July 8, around 5pm in Miniso Store Trinoma. I was carrying my 2 y/o daughter while doing shopping. Since it’s a Sunday, masikip and madaming tao inside the store. And i noticed this girl sa likod ko. Siksik sya ng siksik saken. Then medyo kinabahan ako, so i immediately put down my kid and reached out for my bag na nasa shoulder ko. Then I saw that it was already cut open!!! Na slash na pala yung bag ko. Then i confronted this woman and shouted to everyone that she slashed my bag. She immediately went out the store and run. I called my husband para habulin sya, and at the same time we called the security guards attention na hulihin at i-hold yung babae para maka file ako ng proper complaint. As to my surprise, the security guards of Trinoma just follwed her until makalabas sya ng mall. Hindi man lang sya hinuli. Is this really the protocol of Trinoma guards in handling this kind of situation? Hahayaan lang makatakas ang may sala’ ??
Hope this will serve as a lesson to all especially to moms carrying their kids while shopping. And even if nasa loob ka ng mall and maraming security guards, it’s still not safe anymore.
