For all the girls and boys out there who got their heart broken and is having a hard time to move on… this one’s for you!

We all know that being in a relationship isn’t always happy and easy. There will definitely be struggles that could happen along the way that you and your partner need to work out.

However, when the inevitable happens and the magic phrase of “it’s not you, it’s me” has been said, then you better accept the fact that he/she is just another phase in your life and that you have to move on.

But let’s face it, moving on is easier said than done. How can one move on if everything reminds you of him/her? The pictures you took together, the sweater he lent you, the dress you bought for your date night – everything just screams his/her name.

Well, if you don’t know what to do with your ex’s things, read this up and you might learn a thing or two about moving on.

“Naglinis ako ng aking kwarto, na punong-puno ng galit at damit. Ibebenta ko na ang mga ala-ala nang lumuluhang kahapon. Kesa dahan-dahan ko silang ikahon. Magrereview na ako para naman may pag puntahan ang pinag-aralan ko. Mahirap ang umibig lamang.”

Pinay Law student, Ciara Christia Infantado, also known as “TheHugotSeller” on Carousell, an online selling platform, sure knows what to do with her ex-boyfriend’s left behind clothes.

Based on the story she shared on FemaleNetwork.com, her ex-boyfriend is a foreigner and they have been together for 8 months. The ex-lovers were in a long-distance relationship and of course, not being able to see each other often in person, Ciara grabbed the chance to be with her then-boyfriend when he flew here in the Philippines to surprise her.

Unluckily for Ciara, her ex surprised her during the Bar exams. Of course, being excited and happy to see her boyfriend back then, she wasn’t able to focus on her exams, which eventually caused her to fail.

And as if failing is still not enough to doom her, her foreigner ex-boyfriend breaks up with her two weeks after he flew back to the states. The worst part is, there was no clear communication between them at that time. It appears she found out that her ex is “in a relationship” with another girl as posted on Facebook.

So being heart-broken over her love life and exams, she went to Baguio to piece herself back together. When she came back to Manila and saw the things that her ex-boyfriend left, that’s when she had the idea of selling it online.

She was able to fund herself for the Bar exams from the money she made from selling some of her stuff and her ex’s clothes. She posts the items she’s selling on her Carousell account, “TheHugotSeller.” Check it out!

Her posts come with the picture of the item and a “hugot” caption for all her and your moving-on needs!

Just like this one entitled, “Polo Ni Ex.” Apparently, it’s a polo shirt left by her ex that she doesn’t want to remember anymore!

Here are also some of the other items posted on “TheHugotSeller” together with its “hugot.” Check out her account to see more!

Nice right? Not only will it help her move on, she can also get extra cash on the side!

Well, what can we say? When someone breaks your heart, sell their clothes online! And the next time, you and your ex bump into each other, you can already say this Taylor Swift’s song straight to his face… “you’re just another picture to burn!” (or in this case, just another clothing to sell!)
