Clever Son made a Documentary of His First Overnight to Ease His Parents’ Worries

If there’s a superhero that’s more than willing to save us from all kinds of harm, it would be our parents. They love their children so much that they won’t let anything happen to them – which explain why they are being overprotective at times. Although it can be annoying for some, a worried parent is always a loving parent who cannot bear to lose their child.

Are you one of those who have a set of strict parents? If so, what do you do to ease their worries?

A witty son named Renz Joseph Valdez made a documentary of his first ever overnight using the mobile app—Snapchat, and uploaded it on his Facebook account. According to Valdez, he made it for those who have strict parents and to serve as an evidence for his own to earn their trust. His post went viral as a proof that there are indeed a lot of strict parents nowadays.

In the every snaps he made, he also included captions which assures his parents that he is safe an unharmed.

For the first part of his overnight, he took photos of when he was leaving their house.

It was then followed by his journey as he was commuting and meeting up with his classmates.

Subsequently, Valdez documented where they decided to meet up and how they got to his classmate’s house—where they will spend the night to work for their group project.

What’s more amusing, is the fact that Valdez even documented what happened while they were inside the house to proof that everything is fine.

He even shared what they ate and where they bought their foods.

For the important part of his documentary, he included that everyone is working on their group project diligently and how their work ended.

To add it up, Valdez also included what happened when he woke up and said goodbye to his classmates.

And of course, he didn’t forget to take photos of when he was on his way home.

For the last picture in his documentary, he wrote a touching caption saying, “Maswerte parin tayo dahil may mga magulang tayo na nagbabawal at dumidisiplina satin dahil kung wala na sila, sino pa ang gagawa nun para sayo?

The netizens who had seen his post just thought it was hilarious and some even found another idea to make everything easier when asking their parents for approval in case they are planning to go out.

What Valdez had done may seem hilarious, but to a worried parent, it is a wonderful thing to make an effort to assure them of their children’s safety.

Now that you finally got a new idea, would you want to do the same? Or do you have any idea to assure your parents that you’re safe?
