During the entire Duterte-Cayetano campaign, Cayetano has always been saying that it doesn’t matter if he doesn’t win the election so long as Duterte wins. He believes that Duterte will be a good president who will promote change in the country.
9. A life story that is one for the books.
Cayetano’s life story was featured on ABS-CBN’s real-life drama anthology, Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK). The story revolved around his relationship with the late Senator Renato “Companero” Cayetano.
10. Pro-environment
Cayetano thinks not only of the welfare of the Filipinos, but also of the environment. He has a pending bill called the Philippine Clean Air Act which aims to provide for a comprehensive air pollution control policy.
