Karl Alain Arante recently shared his family’s uplifting experience in a restaurant through a Facebook post that has since gone viral.
According to Arante, he and his family were having a hard time deciding what to order in a restaurant since they wanted to save money. Eventually, they came up with a meal that would allow them to save around P500.
After their orders were served at the table, his wife led them in a long prayer which other customers in the restaurant also heard. Unbeknownst to them, two foreigners also heard his wife’s prayer.
When it was time to settle the bill, Arante’s family was surprised to learn that the two foreigners, who left while they were still eating, had paid for their meals.
They even left them a message which says: “ROMANS 1:16 ‘THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING ASHAMED OF YOUR FAITH!'”
The one-of-a-kind experience made Arante and his family realize the power of prayers.
“PRAY as loud as we can so people could hear and be inspired,” Arante wrote on Facebook.
Arante’s Facebook post has touched the hearts of netizens, amassing 9,000 shares as of this writing.
