One Dream offers a lower pay-in rate of P888, equivalent to one “slot,” with an exit or pay-out window of P1,300 after 4 days.  For a P1,776 pay-in, investors will receive P2,517.60. Investors are also enticed to recruit, for which they receive P44 per head.

The company, however, stopped operating after other investors complained they were not getting the pay-outs the company had promised. The firm is allegedly involved in a P3B investement scam. According to the SEC, FLAG Prosperity and One Dream Marketing Inc. have common incorporators, namely Arnel Gacer and Jobelle de Guzman. Neither have any permits to engage in selling and marketing investment products.

The firm is based in Laguna, but reportedly operates in Metro Manila, Batangas, Bicol, Quezon, Isabela, and Cavite.
