FLAG Prosperity has been called out by SEC for soliciting investments without the appropriate permits, license, and registration. FLAG Prosperity is said to engage in investment-taking activities where one is enticed to invest a minimum P1,500 with a promised return of P2,200.
Just recently, a group of investors filed a case against the officers of the company, who also happen to be officers of One Dream Global Marketing Inc., another company SEC has labeled a scam for allegedly getting P3 billion pesos from its investors.
