Jobless graduate slammed by netizens for insulting call center employees

A netizen’s Facebook rant insulting call centre employees earned the ire of social media users.

According to Erickson Ignacio Marcos’s post, he received a text message from a call center company offering him a job as a data analyst. Marcos got disappointed when he learned it was his alma matter who gave his contact number to the company provoking him to post the status message.

In his post, Marcos wrote: “Yes I am jobless right now but I am a 5 YEAR DEGREE HOLDER and this job referal is a mock to my face (sic) and to my profession!! (no offense to all my relatives and friends who are in the call center industry).

Marcos even discouraged jobless graduates from working in the call center industry.
