Driver who ran over child’s foot allegedly left victim like a “wounded” dog at an LRT station

Netizen Faith Bacon has filed a complaint against an unidentified driver of a Silver Honda Civic with plate number NHQ 309 who ran over her child’s foot on Friday, August 14 at 11:45 am along Teresa Street, Sta. Mesa, Manila.

According to Bacon’s Facebook post, onlookers saw how the driver refused to stop and check what happened to her son. Barangay Tanod Edward Dolosa, the main witness of the incident, even had to position himself in front of the vehicle just to stop the driver.

Based on CCTV footage of the incident, Dolosa had to open the vehicle to let Bacon’s son get in, supposedly to be taken to the hospital. Sadly, Bacon’s son was not brought to a hospital but was allegedly left at the LRT station “like a wounded dog.”

Bacon lodged a complaint on Saturday, August 15 at Barangay 591 Zone 58 District 6 Manila with the help of Ms. Grace Santiago and Kagawad Romero.
