When Facebook user Craig Thompson posted an ad for a job in North Thailand for native English speakers, he specifically mentioned that he did not want Filipinos to apply for the job.
He wrote in his ad:
Native speakers only! No Filipinos sorry to say. Actually I will not apologize! I DO NOT WANT FILIPINOS WORKING FOR ME! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THIS (F*CK OFF)!

After the ad received a lot of backlash, Craig defended his stand with more rants about Filipinos and other marginalized groups.
Coconuts Bangkok quoted him as saying this:
Go f*ck yourself! It’s not open to discussion. … Their attitude is worse than and [sic] black homeless man! Besides their own home country is the most poorest country in Asia! Yet they think they know better than ties [sic]. I know better speaking and writing Nigerians than f*cking Filipinos.
After he supposedly received some death threats, Craig had a change of heart and sent his apologies to Filipinos. According to Craig, someone stole his phone while he was out dining at a restaurant. It was supposedly the thief who created those racists posts. Whether or not it was really a thief who made the comments remains to be seen.
