The topic “Josie Rizal” became a trending topic on March 29 after Tekken released the trailer of their new characters along with two other Tekken 7 characters: Jin Kasama and Devil Jin. The character is named “Josie Rizal,” a play on the name of the country’s national hero. She is a kick boxer who is also adept with the Eskrima technique.
And as expected, the ever humorous Pinoys came up with another meme for Tekken. Melvin Tordecilla and Cudz Productions made an effort on brewing up more Filipino characters inspired by actual Pinoys! This really shows how witty and hilariously crazy we are in producing memes as a result of the Filipino Netizens’ creativity.
