Newly Opened Teddy’s Bigger Burgers at Greenbelt 3, Not A Casualty of Fire

Some netizens mistaken the newly opened restaurant on Greenbelt 3, Teddy’s Bigger Burgers, as one of the casualties of a fire which hit Greenbelt 3 on a Friday night. Some of them shared photos on Instagram:

We even asked one of them for verification. Here’s @patmoalong‘s response via Instagram: “@mangyanblogger Hi! I think Teddy’s kasi they closed and evacuated during the fire. Nasa may roof kaya I’m not so sure…”

Minutes after we published this article, we received a comment from a certain [email protected] saying, “Hi Team Dailypedia, Teddy’s at Greenbelt 3 is safe and was not hit by the fire. Thank you, Teddy’s Philippines.”

According to Makati Traffic, the exhaust system of Gerry’s Grill caused fire at Greenbelt 3. It was declared fire out s of 9:50pm and the damage is minimal.

Teddy’s Bigger Burgers,  opened its first store at the 3rd floor of Greenbelt 3 in Ayala Center on August 23, 2014. Hawaii’s No. 1 burger chain was brought to the Philippines through the partnership between Raymund Magdaluyo, Marvin Agustin and Ricky Laudico, and owners Ted Tsakiris and Richard Stula.
