Ronald Llamas: Endorsers, supporters of the 3-day INC rally have no credibility to rally vs corruption

The INC earlier said the peaceful gathering seeks to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance.

Political analyst Ronald Llamas has questioned the credibility of individuals and groups endorsing and supporting the Iglesia Ni Cristo’s three-day rally against corruption.

In a Facebook post, Llamas stressed that supporters of plunderers and extrajudicial killing (EJK) perpetrators lack the integrity to call for accountability.

“Simple lang: Ang mga endorsers at supporters ng mga mandarambong at EJKillers ay walang integridad mag-rally laban sa korapsyon, kahit isang linggo pa iyan,” Llamas said.

The political analyst was referring to the INC’s rally for transparency and accountability in government on Nov. 16 to 18 at Rizal Park

Llamas also invoked the words of Philippine national hero Jose Rizal, emphasizing that “The glory of saving a country is not for those who have contributed to its ruin.”

The INC earlier said the peaceful gathering seeks to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance.
