Social media personality and entrepreneur Rosmar Tan has hit back at critics who accuse her of making empty legal threats, claiming that she has successfully pursued cases against several individuals since 2017—including one who allegedly spent 10 months behind bars.

In a Facebook post on Friday, October 30, 2026, Rosmar shared details of her previous legal battles and posted what appeared to be court documents related to an estafa case involving two individuals.
She also made it clear that she has no intention of backing down from legal action against people she believes have wronged her or her family.
Rosmar directly addressed those who questioned whether her previous legal threats had ever resulted in anyone being imprisoned.
“Wala pa daw ako napapakulong? Well. Madami na HAHAHA starting 2017 meron na,” she wrote.
She recalled one case in which an individual allegedly spent nearly a year in detention.
“Ung isa nag 10 months sa [kulungan] naawa lang ako kasi nanganak ang asawa kaya hinayaan ko na makalabas,” she claimed.
Rosmar did not provide further details about the circumstances of that person’s detention or release.
She also referred to two other individuals whom she claimed had been evading authorities for some time.
“Ito namang dalawang to matagal ng nagtatago at pinaghahanap. Pahanap na kayo 6 years lang naman sa columbia. HAHAHA.”
Her reference to “Columbia” appeared to be a sarcastic remark about imprisonment, although she did not explain what she meant by the term.
Alongside her statement, Rosmar posted images of what were described as court documents involving a swindling or estafa case against two unnamed individuals.
According to the details cited in her post, the case involved a penalty of more than six years of imprisonment.
The documents were also reported to contain monetary awards of ₱5 million, ₱75,000 in moral damages, and another ₱75,000 in attorney’s fees.
The reported amounts total ₱5.15 million.
Rosmar said the legal proceedings took approximately three to five years before she obtained a favorable outcome.
“Actually tyinaga ko tong kasong to parang almost 3-5 years ata bago kami nanalo. Di ko sinukuan at lagi ko inattendan,” she shared.
However, the complete court ruling, its finality, and the current status of the individuals involved were not independently established from the information provided. Rosmar’s statements about the individuals allegedly hiding from authorities remain her own claims.
Beyond defending her legal track record, Rosmar emphasized that protecting her family—particularly her children—is among the reasons she continues to pursue legal remedies.
“At sa mga nagsasabi na panay ako file ng kaso? E ano naman? Hanggang may pang file no problem,” she declared.
“Hanggang may mga nangwawalangya sakin, sa amin lalo sa mga anak ko.”
She added that she and her husband work hard to provide for their children and would do whatever they could to protect them.
“Gagawin ko lahat. Kaya nga nagsisipag kaming magulang ng mga bata para protektahan sa mga tulad nyo,” she said.
Known for her outspoken social media presence and business ventures, Rosmar has frequently addressed controversies and criticism through public statements.
