‘Sparks Camp’ member blasted for alleged clout chasing, mocking gay people

After sharing that he’d be appearing in ‘Sparks Camp’, the Philippines’ first-ever BL dating reality show, netizens commented that he was a clout chaser and many more accusations.

Content creator Aaron Maniego has received hate online after netizens accused him of being a clout chaser and refusing to perform in former vice president Leni Robredo’s last election.

After sharing that he’d be appearing in ‘Sparks Camp’, the Philippines’ first-ever BL dating reality show, netizens commented that he was a clout chaser and many more accusations.

He was also accused of making fun of the gay community, particularly the “femme” group.

Maniego supports Robredo. However, netizens claimed that he rejected an offer to perform in one of her campaigns for fear of getting bashed by BBM supporters.
